Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase credits, or otherwise use the service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If we become aware that an account holder is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and refund any unused credits.

Talune Tarot provides written interpretations generated by artificial intelligence (AI) provided by a third-party provider (OpenAI), for entertainment and personal reflection. The service does not predict future events and makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any reading.

Readings must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Cards are drawn with a cryptographic random source. We do not influence which cards come up.

You can use the whole reading flow without an account. In that case your history stays in your browser and is lost if you change device.

An account is required to save a reading. You can sign up with email, Google or Kakao.

Do not share or transfer your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Account holders get one free reading per day, counted in your own local time and reset at your midnight.

Once the free reading is used, credits buy more. A three-card reading costs one credit and a ten-card reading three. Each reading includes one follow-up question; each further question costs one credit.

Credits are prepaid units used to request readings. They carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.

A reading is considered delivered at the moment the generated text is displayed in your account. Credits do not expire. We may change the free allowance and credit terms; if a change would disadvantage credits you have already bought, we will tell you first.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not collect or store your card details.

You may request a refund of unused credits within seven days of the original purchase by contacting support@sncbears.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed by our payment processor.

Credits that have been spent on a completed reading are non-refundable. Because each reading is generated on demand and delivered immediately, the content cannot be returned once it has been produced.

If a technical failure prevents a reading from being delivered after credits have been deducted, the credits will be restored to your account at no cost. Contact support if this occurs.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Do not call the service automatically at volume, or attempt to work around the usage limits.

Do not impersonate anyone, and do not enter another person's private information into a question.

Do not resell or redistribute readings to third parties as professional counselling or prophecy.

We may restrict an account without notice where we find this happening.

The card artwork, the written keywords, the design and the marks belong to us.

Readings you receive are yours to keep and share personally. Commercial redistribution needs our permission first.

We may change the service or retire parts of it. Changes affecting paid use are announced at least seven days ahead.

The service may be interrupted by events outside our control — outages at providers we depend on, for instance. We will restore it as quickly as we can.

We are not responsible for decisions you make on the strength of a reading, or for what follows from them.

Absent intent or gross negligence on our part, our liability will not exceed what you actually paid us in the previous six months.

This does not limit rights that applicable law gives you regardless.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where the service is operated.

We will announce any change to these terms in the service at least seven days before it takes effect, and thirty days ahead where the change is to your disadvantage.
